Looking for an Energizer to Up Your Ante? It’s All in What You Intake

Hi ladies! Here am I, once again, to provide some new tips about having foods that will act as good energizer and help you take on the hustle and bustle and rigors of the daily life!

Wheatgrass Juice

Have you ever imagined that wheatgrass juice is a good energizer? In reality, it is so! To be frank, it contains a considerable amount of vitamins as well as minerals that will not only help improve your health, but will also help boost up your energy. This is because it is an amazing source of magnesium, iron, phosphorus, calcium, zinc and potassium. It will cleanse your body by acting as a raw detoxification agent, and will increase your energy.

Oatmeal

This is another food that will do a world of good so far as your natural energy is concerned. It is a slow releasing carbohydrate, which has fibre, but minimal fat. Try it out, and see your energy level shoot up.

Beans

Have you ever tried beans? My husband used to make faces when I served him beans. He would say, “Come on, Dear! Wanna get rid of these stuffs!” Not any more though!! He now knows that beans are loaded with high protein and vitamins, carbohydrates, which leave him super-charged even after a hectic day. This is the reason most of the bodybuilders have beans as a meal to increase carbohydrates. And the most amazing part of the food is that you will be able to use it in a wide range of dishes like enchiladas or chilli or the likes. That’s what I did and that changed my hubby’s opinion about beans. Amazingly, my daughter soon followed suit!

Dried Food

Remember, if you like to have a snack that is high in energy, but low in fat content, go for dried fruits. I have done that, and have benefitted a lot! You can try many things – a mix of raisins, figs, apricots and many more! Then there’s that positive note – dried fruits never get spoiled. That’s why a combination of nuts is called a trail mix. It will help you up your ante a lot.

Yogurt

It comes to you in various flavors and most importantly, with absolutely no percentage of fat. Just put some banana slices and that is enough. It will help your system have a blast! And on a side note, bananas are rich in fiber. So yogurt with bananas is indeed a well rounded snack.

Oranges, Peanut Butter and Eggs

Finally, how can you forget these natural solutions? Oranges come up with Vitamin C, which is famous for its ability to keep your fatigue level down and help you go all the way all the day long.

Peanut Butter is full of protein and magnesium, and when added with an apple or a celery stick, gives you additional nutrition.

Egg, rich with Vitamin B and protein and amino acids is always at the top of the energy booster food chain.

So that’s it! Change your diet and feel the difference!
